East Palmyra Christian School offers a curriculum in accordance with New York State educational law. Faculty and the Education Committee are continually involved in the development of an integrated relevant Christian approach to teaching. God’s order for God’s world permeates all instruction and learning. Our well-balanced curriculum includes reading, language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, art, music, and physical education.
First and foremost, the spiritual development of your high school student is of our utmost concern. Integrating faith and a Biblical worldview we strive come alongside parents and their local church to equip each student to become better disciples of Christ. East Palmyra Christian High offers NYS Regents level courses in the Sciences, Mathematics, English-Language Arts, Spanish, and History. In addition, several of our teachers teach duel-enrollment classes through FLCC, which allows your student to not only get credit for High-School but also save money before college even starts. A dynamic Arts program, Physical Education, and a variety of elective courses rounds out your child’s education.
The EPCS Band and Chorus and EPCHS Choir perform regularly at a variety of programs including the annual Christmas program, the Spring Concerts, and at local nursing homes. The annual Young Artists Festival provides a public forum for the school’s individual artists, musicians, and dancers to display their talents.
East Palmyra Christian School is a member of the Western New York Christian Athletic Association (WNYCAA) and participates with other area private schools in Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, and Track and Field. Sports are available annually in a variety of methods depending on interest in grades 5-12.
Individual Courses for Home School Students
You can register your child(ren) for individual courses at EPCS. We presently have several home-schooled students who are involved with just a few courses. It is our desire to be an asset to the home schooled family as much as we can.
