All School Picture Day
This Wednesday, November 15th, the whole school will go outside in the morning for the All School picture. Please have your student dress warmly. Also, photo sessions will be available for those students who were absent on the original picture day. Please contact our front office tomorrow if your student was absent and you want a photo package. Their picture will be taken for our school yearbook whether or not a photo package is ordered.
This Friday, November 17th, the Student Council will be hosting a costume day. Students can wear a costume to school, however, it needs to follow the school dress code and not be scary.
Newark School Nurse Visit
On Tuesday, December 5th, Lisa Williams, one of the school nurses at Newark Central Schools will be visiting our school in the morning to perform vision tests, hearing tests, and scoliosis tests for those students who did not hand in a physical to our front office for this school year and for the students who did not have these tests marked off on the physical they did turn in.
Lisa can be contacted at Lincoln Elementary in the mornings (315.332.3349) and the Middle School in the afternoons (315.332.3308) if you have any questions about the tests and the physical/immunization requirements.
The next PTA meeting will be held on Friday, December 8th at 10:30 am. If you plan on attending the meeting, it is helpful if you contact Shelley at (email@example.com or 585-752-9773) or through the PTA Remind App, so that she can notify of any changes that might occur.
Christmas Fundraiser details: This fundraiser features Leo’s Pies from East Rochester along with Cheesecake and Coffee from two other Upstate NY family companies. All items will be ready for pickup at EPCS on Wednesday, December 20th.

The most recent Box Tops submission made on behalf of the school is going to give EPCS a check in the amount of $319.10 before the end of this year. Thank you so much to all of our collectors of these small items which when put together equals a nice large amount of cash!
Please do not hang on to your Box Tops when you collect them. It is sad for our coordinator when she has to throw out expired Box Tops. Keep sending them into the school and she will prepare them for the submission sheets for our spring time submission.
