Setup a visit

We always encourage new families to come and check out our facilities and the EPCS family. You can request a visit through our online form or contact us.

Preface

East Palmyra Christian School admits qualified students on a first-come basis. Current students are given preference for early enrollment. The steps to the enrollment process are laid out here.

Step 1: Please submit the following

• Admissions Application [download grade school form | download high school form]
• Tuition Contract (Agreement) [download form]
• Pastoral Reference [download grade school form | download high school form]
• One Personal Reference [download 7th & 8th grade form]
• Two Personal References [download high school form]
• *Registration Fee ($200)
• Copy of up-to-date immunization records
• Name, address, phone number, fax number of your child(ren)’s current/past school

* $200 registration fee is non-refundable. Checks are to be made out to “East Palmyra Christian School”.

Step 2: EPCS Response

Once your Enrollment Application is received it is given to our Enrollment committee. A few things then happen:

• A member will contact you to set up a time for a home visit.
• Your child(ren)’s school records will be requested from their current/past school.
• We also would like for you to come in and meet with our principal Mr. Vanderzwan at your convenience.

Step 3: Approval

Upon completion of step 2, the Enrollment Committee and Mr. Vanderzwan will make a recommendation to the School Board which will then vote on accepting or not accepting the family. You will then be notified of the School Board’s decision.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid will be available for this school year.  EPCS uses a third party organization (FAST) to determine individual family Financial Aid.  If you wish to request Financial Aid, please click here and you will be linked to FAST.  You will receive a letter or phone call from the Scholarship Committee upon determination  of the amount of your Financial Aid. It is possible there will be financial aid later in the year for new EPCS enrollees, but this is not guaranteed.

Remember: Specific Course Enrollment is Possible

You can register your child(ren) for individual courses at East Pal Christian. If you are a home-school family and require help with a specific course or music program, you can do so. We presently have several home-schooled students that are involved with individual courses at EPCS. Please contact our office for more information regarding the individual course options or set up a visit.
